Audit plugins ruthlessly
Deactivate anything you do not need. Fewer scripts means faster pages.
Use caching
LiteSpeed Cache or host-native caching makes a huge difference. Enable page cache and test.
Fix images
Upload WebP, serve correct dimensions, and lazy-load below the fold.
Measure before and after
Use PageSpeed Insights. Start with Largest Contentful Paint.
